Called to order at 5:45 p.m. adjourned at 7 p.m.

  1. President Jim Farrow consulted chairman of the committee's and who were with them.
  2. Smoker January 19
  3. Parker Cleveland feels we should devote our entire time to Book Exchange.  Change smoker date.
  4. New date for smoke a February 19.  Try to contact Ron Turgeon for the smoker speaker.
  5. Discussed coming regional conference at MIT in March 1962.  Should send in ideas or changes to plan.
  6. Book Exchange -- Barnstable Room will be available.  Jack Kooyoomjian cited an error in Student Union Government Board report concerning that of adjournment.  Maybe able to garbled on source document RSO stamp pad.
  7. Dick Delso -- Scouting Advisor to KO -- should send invitation to him for our meeting February 26, 1962

  9. Mike Belanger and Edward Pelletier have not as yet been installed.
  10. Try to obtain Joe's for smoker.  Adjourn the meeting to Joe's.  Put Mike Belanger in charge.  Asked if Mike would take charge of fellowship in the shade of the fact that this office has not been filled as yet. Mike said would not be able to handle the entire fellowship duties due to conflicts.  Tentatively accepted.
  11. Put Al Obue in charge of transportation to Joe's.
  12. Instructed corresponding secretary, Bill Wilkinson, to inquire from national goal about Mike Belanger's membership certificate.
  13. Banquet to be held 12th and 13th of May 1962 should contact Roth, Sandler, Turgeon and ask them when they are available.  Late April through mid-May.  10th anniversary of KO banquet. corresponding secretary.
  14. Mr. Tuttle installed Mike Belanger, third vice president and Edward Pelletier, recording secretary.
  15. Instructed recording secretary to mimeo up by laws and constitution.
  16. Dick Haynes notifies members that they should come back January 31, a day earlier to set up book exchange.
  17. Business meeting February 5
  18. Close but exchange Saturday, February 12.  Will hand out unsold books to all Monday, February 14.
  19. Publicity - both APO and WS so spoke as a sector can and should be set up at book exchange.
  20. Should form initiation calendar of APO events.  President Jim Farrell will take care of it.
